This is from my first portrait-session, ever! As You may have noticed that I take mostly landscapephotos but my sister asked if I'd take her sons graduation photos. I've never taken portrait photos so I'd be pleased to receive critiques!
Many thanks to my nephew, Juha, not minding me posting this photo here  PS. I know that this reminds of old finnish movies, and that was the intention... Comments

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Critiques
As a Matter of fact, you use it all the time. HDR this photo. Use the Original Two seperate times, and overlay so you don't have to worry about alignment or anything of that sort.
I used it in the photo Graceful Curves, and it made the entire photo Stand out, and look so clean. You have experience with HDR so it should make it even better for you.
You can also just try adjusting the Shadows to make this a little darker, so it doesn't look quite as washed out.
You Do great work, and this is the perfect chance to expand your Horizons.
